Totally agree Tom (Tough customers). Recently a client said to me ‘I bet you wish we were never a customer of yours’ … they continually challenge us on our system and are quick to heap praise or concern when we add new features. My answer to him was a totally honest assessment … I love the fact they are clients for the very reason he felt compelled to make the comment. Their challenging allows us to take off our blinkers, in some cases resulting in a much better outcome for this and our other customers.
