Getting more done in lean times

When my family included my kids, I found that i was working smarter, getting all urgent jobs out of the way first, prioritising to enable me to go home on time each night. I don’t work past 5.30 much. I work out which jobs need doing first, and do them. I don’t want to waste time in the office that I could be spending with the kids, I have changed my priorities in my work/life balance, and now, family comes first.

If you spoke to my clients, they would tell you that my response times are excellent. I belt a quote to them quickly, mainly due to the fact that I have been in their shoes, and know the pain of a delayed answer. This is not to say that I am a gun salesman, I just want the best for my clients, and treat them as I would have liked to be treated.
