An interesting side effect of the DNC Register is that vastly more money is now being channelled into direct mail campaigns.  We now get about 15cm a week of junk mail up from say 5cm.  So the score is currently Privacy 1, Environment 0.

 

This must be creating more jobs in the printing industry (Australian) versus call centres (offshore) so maybe it’s not all bad.
