Creep-free

C’mon Boss Lady…the argument the employees are lacking in EQ because they don’t buy in to the entrepeneurial vision is a long bow to draw. A lot of company cultures are a bit creepy, but IMHO this is because of the disconnect between the “company is your friend/This is our grand vision” message and the realities of how businesses/employees are run and managed – not well in lots of cases. Plenty of workplaces do achieve the “family” atmosphere without being creepy.
