Samsung has found itself embroiled in yet another patent infringement battle, with competitor LG filing a lawsuit against the Korean electronics giant in the Seoul Central District Court.
According to the Korea Times, LG filed a lawsuit against Samsung over alleged infringement of its patents for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) screens.
LG is seeking injunctions on Samsung smartphones and tablets that allegedly infringe its patents, including the Galaxy S3, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S2 HD, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab 7.7.
The patent lawsuit comes after Samsung filed a patent infringement lawsuit against LG, alleging LG infringed its patents on technology used in large-sized OLED television displays.
