According to the Chicago Tribune, RIM is preparing a two-stage program, called BlackBerry 10 Ready, ahead of the launch of the next-generation smartphones on January 30.

In phase one of the program, enterprises will be offered webcasts and online training in using the new devices.

This will be followed up by free trade-ups and upgrades to services for businesses choosing to switch to the new devices in phase two of the program.
