British Airways has said it will start providing its in-flight staff with iPads for customer service purposes.

โBritish Airways cabin crew are using the latest iPad model to bring a new dimension to customer service in the air,โ the company said in a statement.
โThe iPads enable cabin crew to have prior awareness of customer preferences and a greater understanding of each customerโs previous travel arrangements, allowing them to offer a truly bespoke, personalised service.โ
Australian airline JetStar announced last year it would be planning to make iPads available to customers for entertainment purposes.
