Apple has approved Google’s new app for its Google+ social network, with users now able to download the app for free.

The move comes a few weeks after the app was first made available on the Android platform, which is made and managed by Google.

The new app allows users to manage their network and share information with friends, but as the network is still invite-only, only current members will be able to use the app to its fullest potential.

Features on the app include the ability to access the information put out by your friends, but also those Google+ users nearby. Users can also start new group chats called “huddles” and access photo streams and social circles.

Google said last week that the new network has over 10 million users already.
