Tech Trend on blogging from Microsoft OfficeMany businesses now operate blogs as part of their website, and no doubt many are trying to keep it updated every day. But did you know you can actually update from Microsoft Word?

If you have the 2007 Office suite, head to the Office button in the upper left hand corner, and then click on “New Blog Post”, next to the “Blank Document” option.

You will then be able to access some new blogging tools, but you’ll have to manage your account first. Head to “Manage Accounts”, then choose your provider from the dropdown box and add some details.

After that, all you need to do is start writing your posts. You can even open old posts and publish to your site directly from Word. This can be a great time-saver for people spending a lot of time in the Office suite.
