You’re lucky. Every single day your dear friend the Taskmaster sends you a great piece of advice to help you build your business into the global giant it is destined to be.
But how often do you send someone in your network a piece of advice, or a bit of useful information?
One of the most effective ways to nurture and build your network – and ensure that you stay in the network of others – is to make yourself useful and pass on some valuable information and insights.
This can be done in a variety of ways:
- If you see a something good or bad about the business of someone in your network, make an effort to let them know.
- If you see a bit of news that is of interest to someone in your network, flick them a link.
- If you meet someone who would be of interest to a member of your network, pass on the details.
- If someone needs some assistance or asks for a favour, help them out.
Communities only work when people take an active interest, so get it done – today!
