Signatures are just an expected part of emails now, enabling you to share contact information without having to do anything extra. But while you may have already set up your signature in Outlook or Mozilla, you may not have done so in Gmail yet.
Gmail actually has quite a number of different features you can use once you know where they are. To set up a signature, click on the Settings button on the right-hand side of the screen, above all your mail messages.
There, you’ll be taken to the “General” tab. Halfway down the screen, you’ll see a box where you can input a signature. You may just want to copy whatever it is you have on Outlook or whatever email client you’re using.
Also make sure you tick the box from “no signature” to the box above the signature area.
Before you confirm the signature, send off a few test emails to yourself to make sure you have the format done correctly.
