It happens. You download something through a browser and then you can’t remember where you downloaded it. This is why browsers started using default download folders, so you never lose something important.
But you can also change your download folders to somewhere you like. If you’re in Chrome, it’s quite easy.
To change your download folder, go to the settings page, then head to “under the hood”.
Down the page, you’ll see an area for downloads. Just press “change” on the box next to the default download location, and then choose whatever folder you want.
After that, your downloads will head to that folder only.
