A full-spectrum talent advisory firm, Acquisitive was formed in 2022 after its four founders identified a niche in the market allowing them to partner with clients – primarily leading corporate and private equity-backed organisations – to co-design and implement solutions to enable these clients to transform, grow and prosper.
Acquisitive has established an external advisory board that provides invaluable guidance and mentoring for the company’s leadership team and broader business, ensuring it can deliver on its strategic growth plans and objectives. The board also provides an essential sounding board for innovation and new thinking as the company strives to develop bespoke solutions to its clients’ most challenging talent problems.
Acquisitive is expanding its focus into healthcare, currently onboarding a range of specialist, clinician-led organisations. These organisations operate in highly constrained talent markets both domestically and globally, and being able to develop proactive talent pipelines of high-performing specialists is critical to unlocking growth.
Smart50 is SmartCompany’s suite of award programs for Australian small to medium size businesses. The Smart50 Awards 2024 recognised the top 50 fastest growing companies in its Smart50 list, and celebrated exceptional achievements in community, innovation and more in the Smart50 category awards.
