There are lots and lots of resources that you can use for help on your Facebook page, so I have split them up into a few different sections to make it easier.

Websites

These are all blog sites which are free to access; you just need to search on them. This is not always the easiest way to find information if you don’t know exactly what you need is called, but it is worth subscribing to the blogs to see what is going on.

On Facebook

  • Facebook Help – sometimes helpful, sometimes not. It can be difficult to find what you are looking for, but it’s good for basic questions.
  • Facebook Pages page – this is run by Facebook and usually the latest changes to pages are posted on here, however, they won’t answer any questions for you.
  • Mari Smith’s page – this lady is really knowledgeable on Facebook, and has a great resources tab on her page where you can often find what you need, plus you can ask her questions on the wall and usually she will get back to you.
  • Social Rabbit page – I have to plug my own page. If you have a question I will answer it on my page wall, plus I share lots of non-Social Rabbit articles.
  • Facebook Ad webinars – This is a great new section I found, there are lots of webinars that help you get the most out of your ads.

Books

There are lots and lots of books on Facebook, so it can be confusing to know which one to buy. Although I am a fan of books, Facebook ones are usually out of date before they come out, as Facebook changes so often – this week alone two things have changed. So I recommend buying an eBook (hopefully it will be more up-to-date) or finding content on line.

Training/Webinars

There are lots and lots of offline training sessions run across Australia, plus you will find many free webinars that you can attend, just Google to find ones near you. A good place to look for webinars is on the websites I mentioned at the start. Also, Smart Company regularly runs webinars.

Finally, if you can’t find what you are looking for then ask an expert!
