Iris Lustig-Moar, co-director of property development company Lustig & Moar, remains steady at number 12 this year, the same ranking she achieved on last year’s top female entrepreneurs list.

The company, handed down from Iris’ father, the late Ted Lustig, had an estimated revenue of approximately $171 million in 2017.

Lustig & Moar has most recently developed a set of boutique apartments in Melbourne’s south-east. Its projects have also included properties in Sydney and Hong Kong.
