A new report claims the second version of the iPad, to be released early next year, will use at least one camera.

DigiTimes has reported that Largan Precision has been awarded a contract that will see it become the sole provider of lens modules for the new version of the iPad. The company also makes the cameras for the iPhone 4.

The report also claims the second iPad will feature a rear-facing camera as well as a front-facing camera, meaning the inclusion of FaceTime is almost certain.

If the report is correct, that puts Larga along with Tripod Technology and TTM Technology as suppliers for the second version of the iPad.
