How Causeis started
A digital consultancy working exclusively with Australian associations and nonprofits, Causeis offers a range of services like management and growth consulting, digital services across data, process engineering, and training. The company’s team works with more than 65 associations to enable growth, impact and reach through innovative technology use. Its association clients represent over half a million Australian working professionals, including doctors, nurses, midwives, architects, lawyers, and teachers.
Growth
Constantly aware of rapid evolution in the technology industry, Causeis stays competitive by bringing its clients on what it calls “the journey of digital change”. In 2019, Causeis underwent a rebrand with the sole goal of repositioning in the market to ensure its future success. Since then, it has grown between 20% and 30% year-on-year across revenue, staff, and clients. Causeis also developed a new customer journey strategy by designing the Digital Academy for Associations, with virtual training to give clients the skills to embrace new technology while enabling their own growth.
Where to next
Continuing to grow while improving consulting approaches is the immediate goal. The venture has now embedded its technology implementation method into an ERP/CRM system called the Causeis Launchpad. The company is confident this service will drive growth, while helping it expand into new markets.
