As the owners of the Australian franchising rights to chocolate cafe chain Max Brenner, husband and wife duo Lilly and Tom Haikin now oversee more than 30 stores across all Australian states except Tasmania.
Max Brenner has become a household chocolate name, originating in Israel and then brought over to Australia 18 years ago after Tom Haikin met the founders. The first Max Brenner opened its doors in Paddington, Sydney and now generates an estimated $50 million in revenue.
The brand has accumulated over 190,000 followers on Facebook and regularly posts images and videos of decadent chocolate products.
