Warner Music Group is set to sign a deal with YouTube that would see music videos from popular artists such as Madonna and Green Day feature on the site.

The deal follows a licensing rights feud that saw Warner pull its videos from the site last December.

It would also open the door for Warner’s involvement in new music website Vevo, which is supported by YouTube’s technology backed by Universal and Sony.

YouTube attracted 9.9 billion video views in the United States last August, comprising 99% of Google’s’ total videos viewed, Sky News online reported.
